Mary F. Trotter

Mary F. Trotter is a third-generation Central Florida Attorney who received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University.
Mary has been practicing law since 1983, when she began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney. After serving as managing partner of the law firm of Cheek & Trotter, Mary began her own practice in 1992.
Mary Trotter has nearly three decades of legal experience and is Florida Bar Board Certified in Elder Law.

Edward W. Soulsby

Edward W. Soulsby earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, with honors in 1999. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in E. Lansing, Michigan.
Ed’s practice areas include estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, Medicaid planning, guardianships, and special needs trusts. Ed is Florida Bar Board Certified in Elder Law.
Ed and his wife, Nicole, live in Winter Garden, Florida. They have two sons, Brody and Nate. Ed’s interests include reading, music, sports, a great devotion to Michigan State University, and spending time with his family.
